Select Stone is looking for an outgoing and organized person to join our team as Project Coordinator. This is your opportunity to act as the primary point of contact for customers, team members, suppliers, fabricators and all other project partners, providing exceptional service and support throughout the lifecycle of each project.


Practically speaking, here's what you'll do on a day-to-day basis… 

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate all project activities, communication, resources, equipment, information and payment, both internally and externally
  • Assist in determining materials needed by performing entry-level take-offs
  • Document project changes and material additions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure smooth delivery and timeliness of projects from order confirmation to completion 

Project Administration

  • Document and maintain updated project summaries pertaining to deposits, receipts, invoices and credits
  • Provide administrative support in completing pre-qualifications, proposals and bids to acquire new projects
  • Manage and maintain all administrative project requirements by keeping each portfolio up-to-date from quoting phase through to project completion

Quality Assurance

  • Review and assess contract specifications to ensure agreed terms are met
  • Communicate all details, timing and changes to customers and necessary partners for the entirety of the project
  • Develop and implement new tools, systems and processes to achieve project management goals

General Administration

  • Act as back-up to Front Office
  • Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative
  • Able to work well, both in a team environment and independently, with minimal supervision
  • Capable of building rapport and working with coworkers and clients
